This is the trip our brand is named for. Every sunset cruise is private: one group, one yacht, a professional captain and crew. Cava is included, along with wine, beer, soft drinks, water and snacks. If the evening calls for something more, a bottle of champagne can be added on request.
In summer, a two-hour sunset cruise leaves at 19:00 and a three-hour cruise at 18:30. Most routes take in the Falésia cliffs, ten to fifteen minutes from the marina, where the red and gold rock seems to catch fire in the last light. Your captain will find a calm spot to anchor for a swim or a toast, then bring you home as the marina lights come on.
You can choose any of our four yachts. A two-hour sunset cruise costs €700 on Atlantis or São Lourenço, €800 on Majestic and €1,000 on NOON, our flagship. Prices are per yacht and include VAT, so the more friends you bring, the better the value.

Your champagne sunset cruise in Vilamoura, step by step
Arrive at Gate A3 in Vilamoura Marina, in front of Il Lamparo restaurant, about fifteen minutes before departure. Your crew will meet you, help you on board and pour the first drinks as you leave the harbour.
The yacht heads west along the coast, past the beaches of Vilamoura to the Falésia cliffs. With a three-hour charter there is time to continue towards Olhos de Água, where the rocks and small coves are beautiful in evening light.
As the sun lowers, the captain anchors in a sheltered spot. Some guests swim, some take a paddleboard out, most simply settle on the bow with a glass of cava. This is the moment people remember.
After sunset the yacht turns for home, and you return to the marina in the soft blue light that follows. Outside high summer, we time departures around the sunset, so ask us for the exact time on your date.
Cava included, champagne on request
Every charter includes chilled cava, the traditional-method sparkling wine from Spain, along with wine, beer, soft drinks, water and snacks. For many guests, a glass of cava on the bow at sunset is exactly the champagne cruise they had in mind, and the crew keeps glasses topped up throughout the evening.
If you would prefer true champagne, we can add a bottle on request at extra cost. The same applies to catering, a cake, flowers or decorations, and a photographer to capture the evening. Tell us when you book and the crew will have everything ready.
You are also welcome to bring your own food. A small picnic on deck as the sun goes down is a lovely way to turn a sunset cruise into dinner. Many guests book a three-hour sunset for exactly this reason: an hour to settle in, an hour at anchor with drinks and food, and an unhurried return to the marina.

For a couple or a small group, Majestic feels the most intimate. For a crowd of nine to eleven, NOON is the only yacht that fits everyone. For ten friends watching the budget, São Lourenço or Atlantis offer the same sunset for less.
Two hours is enough for Falésia and a toast at anchor. Three hours adds a swim, a longer stop and a slower return in the twilight. Prices are per yacht and include VAT, captain and crew, fuel, drinks and snacks, and booking online saves 10%.

Anniversaries and birthdays work beautifully too, with a cake brought out at anchor as the sun sets. For larger groups, NOON fits up to 11 guests, so the whole family or the whole friendship group can be on board together.
For a quieter evening, simply book the yacht for two. There is something special about having a whole yacht and crew for a couple, with nothing to do but watch the coast turn gold. Majestic is our usual suggestion for this, though every yacht in the fleet works beautifully.
